方案整体为云端加边缘层的结构。边缘层左侧为TSN+OPC-UA的架构。通过自主研发的TSN Switch来控制队列报文,消除了周期性数据被非周期性数据的影响,使TSN 网络的数据报文延时被得到保障。Sirius PlusSatis Pro为核心层自主研发的支持TSNOPC-UA协议的工业网关,可对底层设备的数据采集与控制等。其中数控网Sirius Plus搭配高速数字输入输出接口,并基于 X86+FPGA 双核架构,集成运动控制演算法和高性能产品。可为工业现场设备机器手臂或机台实现 多轴、多设备的实时且细部调整与过程控制,再结合 HMI 人机可视化编程介面,可为工业现场设备的实际状态进行实时编程调适。

The whole solution is a cloud plus edge layer structure. The left side of edge layer is structure of TSN+OPC-UA. Through self-development TSN Switch to control the queue message, eliminated the affection of non-periodic data to the periodic data, also guarantee the TSN network data packet delay. Sirius Plus and Satis Pro are the core layer self-developed industrial gateway which can support TSN and OPC-UA protocol. Also can collect and control the bottom data. CNC Sirius Plus is paired with high speed digital I/O interface, and is based on X86+FPGA dual core architecture that incorporate motion control algorithm and high-performance products. It can realize real-time and detailed adjustment and process control of multi-axis and multi-device for the robot arm or machine of industrial field equipment. Combined with HMI human-machine visual programming interface, it can carry out real-time programming and adjustment for the actual state of industrial field equipment

异构网络中涉及到多节点、高速响应、硬实时性要求时,EtherCATTSN可以集成使用:每一个EtherCAT网段含有多个EtherCAT节点设备时,通过TSN设备建立的一个高速数据通道与主设备相连。EtherCAT连到TSN网络中后,TSN配置将更加容易并高效。整个EtherCAT网段仅需要设置一个TSN高速通道,而且保证了在异构网络中EtherCAT网段中所有设备与其他类型设备及EtherCAT主站的实时通讯。

EtherCAT and TSN can be integrated when the heterogeneous network involves multi-node, high-speed response and hard real-time requirements: when each EtherCAT network segment contains multiple EtherCAT node devices, a high-speed data channel established by THE TSN device is connected with the main device. The TSN configuration is much easier and more efficient when EtherCAT is connected to the TSN network. Only one TSN "high speed channel" is required for the whole EtherCAT segment, and real-time communication between all devices in the EtherCAT segment and other types of devices and EtherCAT host station is guaranteed in the heterogeneous network.

方案整体架构实现了TSNOPC UA的融合,将ITOT无缝融合到工业通讯中,成为工业物联网和工业4.0的基础。同时建立了传感器到云端全面的通讯基础结构,实现了从现场层、数控层、信息管理层直到云端的数据通讯。

The overall architecture of the scheme realizes the integration of TSN and OPC UA, seamlessly integrating IT and OT into industrial communication, and becomes the foundation of industrial Internet of Things and industry 4.0. At the same time, a comprehensive communication infrastructure from sensor to cloud is established to realize data communication from field layer, NUMERICAL control layer, information management layer to cloud layer.

边缘层右侧为体核心层的拓朴图依据三层架构来协作执行。

第一层为感知执行层,通过自主开发可控可管的软硬件设备,例如:环境温湿度传感器、超高温传感器、工业级标准数据采集器、影像采集设备等感知设备,依据关键、有效、微观、纳米的规范,实现工业现场环境与设备状态进行海量数据采集,与实现关键工站影像全记录。

Such as environmental temperature and humidity sensor, ultra-high temperature sensor, industry-standard data collector and image acquisition devices, on the basis of key, effective, micro and nano specification, to implement the data acquisition of industrial field environment and huge amounts, and implementation all records of key work station image.

第二层为数控网关层,通过自主开发可控可管的软硬件设备,例如: 工业网关与数控网关,来适应不同行业类别中设备通信连接与设备终端控制。

The second layer is the CNC gateway layer, through the independent development of controllable and controllable hardware and software equipment, such as industrial gateway and CNC gateway, to adapt to different industry categories of equipment communication connection and terminal control.

工业网关与数控网关因应不同行业类别的实际需求,从而支持不同类别的工业现场总线协议,例如:EtherCatCANopenModbusProfinet Profibus 等现场总线协议,可实现不同行业类别设备数据采集与终端设备控 制的需。

工业网关与数控网关搭配 CorePro Agent 软件,将不同类别行业中工业现场获取的设备数据和环境数据通过标准兼容模式上报到云端系统,同时接收云端系统智能模型下发,并根据智能模型进行数据处理和智能控制。

The industrial gateway and CNC gateway are combined with CorePro Agent software to report the equipment data and environmental data obtained in different industries to the cloud system through standard compatibility mode. At the same time, it receives the intelligent model of the cloud system and carries out data processing and intelligent control according to the intelligent model.

5G4G小基站和数据传输终端是基于免授权频段的私有化网络套件,可进行无线大容量连接,组网灵活,易于安装配置。5G数据传输终端既可以配合小基站进行私网的组建,也可以连接公网基站进行数据透传,具有较广的应用范围,满足工业领域多模式数据传输的需求。

第三层为信息运算层,通过自主开发可控可管的软硬件设备,Nadder 为一基于 X86 架构之划时代边缘运算器,将伺服器等级计算能力落地到边缘。可为底层采集得到的数据,进行数据清洗,数据解析,数据建模等动作,为不同类别行业的数据进行解析说明,为各行业提供一系列决策系统。

The third layer is the information computing layer. Through the independent development of controllable and controllable hardware and software equipment, Nadder is an epoch making edge arithmetic unit based on X86 architecture, which implements the server-level computing power to the edge.It can perform data cleaning, data analysis, data modeling and other actions for the data collected at the bottom layer, analyze and explain the data of different industries, and provide a series of decision system for various industries.
